1 /5 loriann dunigan: I was approved for a loan, great news right? Absolutely not I was told to call to finalize the details, good luck with that several times Ive called. Good morning can I put you on hold for a second? Sure, 20 minutes later call disconnects. I call back straight to message well be with you shortly, 30 minutes later message still playing on repeat. This continues for 4 days straight! If this is an accurate example of customer care, maybe I dodged a bullet!

3 /5 Wendy Joseph: I have been a happy One Main customer for years. I worked with a wonderful gentleman who was always a pleasure to speak to regardless of the topic. Unfortunately I cant recall his name. Recently I called One Main to pursue their assistance in another matter and the representative I worked with was far less than pleasant. She was short. Cut me off when speaking and not very forthcoming with knowledge on any options. I believe One Main went through a management change recently. If this behaviour is a result of that change, it is very disappointing.

1 /5 Eddie Taylor: 10/10 do not recommend, if you can go ANYWHERE else go. I’ve called twice on an issue I’ve had and haven’t gotten a call back both times. Realized they don’t care so I’ll pay my loan off and never give them business again.
