1 /5 Georgette Emerson: She will sell you a policy but NEVER help you with anything! She has no knowledge of any older policys nor does she care to. Told us she would have to "read" our policy in order to answer any questions we had! And she didnt have time to do that. Then she emailed us a copy of our policy and told us to read it ourselves. If you are looking for an actual AGENT, pass on Tina Livingston!

5 /5 Bill W: Had a couple of great experiences with Allstate. While it took some effort to get our recent homeowners claim settled (roof damage), we were extremely pleased with the outcome. A few years back we had a catalytic converter stolen off our car while at a hotel in Dallas. Allstate was prompt and efficient and our car was promptly repaired. My experience with Allstate has been very positive! Highly recommend!
