1 /5 Beverly Aubrey: I would give a lower score if possible. I am an Agent from another Agency. I wrote a policy for one of Kevins former customers to help lower her monthly premium. When that customer called him to cancel her policy with him, he proceeded to tell her that the policy I had written wasn’t what is required by her Mortgage Company. I contacted her mortgage company to make sure they were satisfied with the policy I had written and then contacted Kevin to ask what my customer needed to do to cancel her policy with his Agency. After he hung up on me angrily, I called him back and he began by questioning my authority in writing his customer the policy and then went so far as threatening to come “see” me after I asked why he would not help the customer and do what she requested! He even said he was gonna come “see” me on Friday! So, after he hung up he contacted my customer who would not answer his calls. He then sent her the below text!!!
Mr Kevin Walpole, I’ll be at my office waiting for you along with the Bossier Sheriffs Department. You are being reported to the Louisiana Insurance Commissioners Office as well. You do not make threats to people and not expect recourse. You sir are highly unprofessional and a horrible example of a human!!
