Mona Kelley State Farm has been our insurance provider since 1980, they have always been fair with us thru 4 hurricanes and responded swiftly and professionally. We were customers of “ coach Enos “ and followed Deann to her new home with Jim Mitchell and now Christine Bailey, this girl is awesome, ALWAYS taking or returning our calls in a timely manner, even after hours ( I’m talking 8 pm. ) to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied, time and space doesn’t permit me to do this lady justice, she’s fantastic and as long as she’s in the business we will be with her. Warren Jackson My name is Warren jackson i filed a claim with this company sep 15 2021 it is now November 24 2021 my home is very damage i been trying almost every week to contact someone at that company to see what going on with my claim on my home when i do get the claim rep on the phone he tell they have everything and he doesnt need anything more from me but he said that the claim is over due and it should have been paid off by now still i dont have check from them for repair it looks like am going to need a lawyer this is my next step
