1 /5 Ang: Where do I start? What a terrible, unprofessional insurance company! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone bad attitudes & the worst-case customer service ever. My cousin wreaked her car and waited a week for the claim adjuster ( Jamie Hinojosa) to come out another 2 weeks after my cousin had to call him back-to-back for an update. Only wanted to pay for after-market car parts on her car. Once she refused the after-market parts because it would in deed void her warranty on her car. Come to find out Go Auto isnt BBB accredited. Her car sat in the shop for two months and all of sudden they wanted to total her car out. When she knows, its fixable. Spoke with Roy Rivera he talked nice, but it was all lies and smoking mirrors. Lastly, Jamie Hinojosa, his supervisor, was very rude. This company needs to be out of business they are scam.

1 /5 Lloyd Bauch: Be aware of Go Auto ! Geico has better rates . I have been a member with go auto since I was 18 (23 now) so 5 years . Never had a ticket , or accident . Go auto canceled my policy without notice . I was never informed my policy was being canceled until I went to pay my bill and it wouldn’t allow me to pay it. Go auto doesn’t care about its loyal customers. Hard enough I tried explaining to them I wasn’t in the state due to the military , but that didn’t help . I WILL NEVER recommend this company

5 /5 504 NOLA: With every interaction weather in person or over the phone I have had great and wonderful experience with Go Auto representatives and employees. The employees are very hospitable they take their time with the customers and they do they best to keep their customers happy and try they hardest to make sure their customers have affordable insurance. I wouldnt change insurance company for anything their representatives are very polite keep up the great job Go Auto I would recommend Go Auto without any hesitation..
