and some of my friends. Over the past years, we ever depend on an agent to pick up payments. No one shows up and you dont know what to do.So you mail the payment in to the local office. Next thing you know, you get a call from another person telling you that they will be picking up your payments.. Doesnt last very long and back to the same situation. to make things even worst, they now put on the payment envelopes that is late if not received by the 15th of the month but can;t tell you for the present or the past month. I now mail in my payment but the payment books are not marked up to date for mine nor my wifes policy and there are missing payments in each book although I pay both premiums at the same time with one (1) check. The agency will not return my payment book. Asking of requesting this error for months does no good. I called and talked to Jeff whom I guess is The or one of the Office managers there, JEFF, (a POS), and told him that I needed the Districts Managers phone number so that I could report this situation to him as He had told me to if I had any more trouble with this office. Jeff got reall y loud and rude. When I told him that I didnt give a s--t, the racist crybaby said that he was going to call someone on me. Well ---- you Jeff make that call. People stay away from this local company. They have been mis-managed for years, Im thinking about taking another route, 17 years is enough of dealing with this.
