Andre Craig jr My agent was awesome, he new just what I was looking for . didn’t give me any bad vibes. He didn’t try to over sale me on the product . That made me feel very comfortable . and he treating me like a valuable customer should be treated. and I think that they would actually value my business. I give them a five star , and I as well as my family look forward to doing business with them for a very long time. This will definitely be a topic at the family reunion table this summer

R B they increased my insurance rate by $200 after I made my first payment. nothing changed about my driving record or credit or anything that could possibly cause the increase. i told the agent that sold me the policy about this and she promised that after i resent proof of prior insurance that it would be resolved and my insurance rates would go back to normal. of course, not even a week later, my insurance rates are back up to the increased amount. i sent them my proof of prior insurance once again and emailed the agent and the customer care email. lets see if they drop down again. doubt they will. i will probably end up cancelling due to these shady business practices.

They communicated everything quickly and efficiently. Everything went as smooth as it could for a car accident. Claude Manning Full payment for my policy was required when the policy became effective. A month later it was cancelled because of an inspection of the roof. I had a roofer inspect the roof, and he advised me the roof was in excellent condition and had 7-10 years remaining life. I provided this information, but they would not reinstate the policy. I have been informed by access that I will not get a refund for at least 14 days.

BRIGITTE KELLAR Randy has helped me to save thousands of dollars when helping me to chose insurance policies with more coverage and less cost than Citizens. Insurance agents should try to help their clients save money and it they don’t do their jobs while just collecting the residuals seek new agents. I highly recommend Randy. He is knowledgeable and patient and understands the rising cost we have all seen is devastating.
