2 /5 Isa Rose: Communicating with this branch is practically impossible. I have been dealing with a simple matter regarding updates to my home insurance and it has taken months! They have either briefly briefly spoken with me via text or phone for me to submit documents needed then radio silence. I get No answer, No call back, or (the ONE time someone answered) they could not help because basic client information is not available to other office members(?)..
I am getting so frustrated with this particular branch. I’ve been with state farm for 2 years. The agent, Jamie, should be more involved in his branch. It’s not the employees fault. I think they are under staffed and over worked. I may have to check out a branch that has time for all of their clients needs.
