1 /5 Lance Robillard: APA had my homeowners and flood insurance- The insurance company did a non renewal letter that I did not get and the agent who took my payments for the previous 5 years did not even feel the need to give me a courtesy call to let me know that I would left without insurance for the storm. To make matters worse they wrote my flood policy incorrectly leaving me with no coverage under my house and looking at a 16K bill for flood damage. Terrible service, terrible follow up and would recommend everyone to stay away from this place
