Erin Rainwater I have been dealing with this company since I left Farm Bureau 5 years ago and I have never had an issue with them. Mrs Gloria is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about everything I ask and is very sweet. Their prices are also a plus. We got my daughter’s insurance here and it’s very affordable for a 19 year old!! ! I’m definitely NOT disappointed in my auto insurance company!!

Kaylee Fontenot I would highly recommend. Very polite, and friendly business. Goes over and beyond for her clients, tries to find the best deals for you at a low monthly cost. Answers your calls as soon as she can. Again highly recommended!!

Madelyn Benton I don’t know what I would do without my agent, Anna and Lauren. They are my dream State Farm team. Anytime I need anything at all, they are right there ready to assist me. They take away any stress I have towards claims, loans and give me an overall feeling of protection. They also have my best interests at the forefront when it comes to life insurance for myself and my family. I can text or call at any time and I know Lauren or Anna will respond immediately but usually they are already aware of any issues and have taken care of it. R B they increased my insurance rate by $200 after I made my first payment. nothing changed about my driving record or credit or anything that could possibly cause the increase. i told the agent that sold me the policy about this and she promised that after i resent proof of prior insurance that it would be resolved and my insurance rates would go back to normal. of course, not even a week later, my insurance rates are back up to the increased amount. i sent them my proof of prior insurance once again and emailed the agent and the customer care email. lets see if they drop down again. doubt they will. i will probably end up cancelling due to these shady business practices.
