But from the very first call to Hannah we knew we had an insurance company that would treat us like real people and not just a policy number. And that wonderful service has continued to this day. In an automated culture where customer service is only an ad gimmick, it is sooo refreshing to talk to a person who genuinely wants to help us. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job!
