1 /5 Lorita Thomas: Well let’s see where should I start I live in Lafayette Louisiana hurricane Delta pass-through on October 9 on October 11 I contacted my insurance agent Lynette informed her of our damages on October 12 she came out to my job in new Iberia bought a form for me to sign to start the cleaning process on the Saturday following that day she had me to do an inventory list we did that today is now November 2 I have been calling every other day since October 13 to find out what is going on with our claim keep in mind we’ve sent over 20 pictures of our claim I have contacted the office in rain Louisiana in new Iberia Louisiana and also Donalsonville Louisiana and every time I call I’m being told that they have to do a ticket and someone will call me I have left a total of 14 messages in the last three weeks were on today I’m being told by Mona at the new Iberia office that she would have to take another ticket down and pass it to an adjuster and I have to wait until an adjuster comes out keep in mind our agent didn’t tell us anything about that and we have been sitting in waiting no one has contacted us or even have the decency just to call us and let us know that someone would be coming out both my husband and I work in two different cities. And we would have to takeoff of work this is a horrible company they’re fast to ask for your premium but now that you need their help there’s no one there to take your call or to try to assist you I will contact the Better Business Bureau today and also I will contact their other office in Austin Texas I should’ve known this company was not good due to the fact that my mother had a policy with them for over 35 years and her life insurance policy with only $9000 but was paying a premium every month what a waste next time I’ll go with a more reputable company that I know will get the job done

An organization that I am on the board of (Bernice Industrial Development Cooperation) insures their property through Claiborne Insurance, and I insure my personal business (Brandon’s Portable Buildings) with them as well. Mrs Denise Gresham is my agent, and I highly recommend her.
jason yohn Clark has been the best insurance agent I have ever had. His guidance was always informative and never pushy. His staff has been forever friendly and helpful. When we had damage after Katrina, Clark had us appraised and repairs started without any fuss and with our well being in mind.
Claude Manning Full payment for my policy was required when the policy became effective. A month later it was cancelled because of an inspection of the roof. I had a roofer inspect the roof, and he advised me the roof was in excellent condition and had 7-10 years remaining life. I provided this information, but they would not reinstate the policy. I have been informed by access that I will not get a refund for at least 14 days.
