He and Shelter both took such good care of me, I moved my auto insurance to him from the company I had been with for as long as I’d been driving. He made sure I had a great package. I just recently went through my first comprehensive claim and as far as insurance goes, it was exceptional service. By far the best I’ve ever had. Once the claim got in the adjuster’s hands (who was also exceptional) everything was quick and easy. If you’re in the market for insurance, have a conversation with Ross. You won’t regret it.

Terri Woodley the guy john is the most unprofessional rude person. Even his co-workers say that he knows nothing. He tell you to come in at 9am and no one is at the office until 9:45am . even if the office suppose to open up at 9am. He gave me wrong quote information and wanted me to agree with something that was not even placed on the paperwork , I am filling a formal complaint with Sabine Insurance Agency, They had the nerve to say you people are hard to work with. my question was who is you people? I was nothing but nice to everyone in that office and for him to be rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE . He has no idea to what he is doing. get the ladies to work on your stuff because he is an absolute mess. I switched my policy over to a new company and I will be putting this on facebook and every social site I can find so no one goes there and I am reporting him
