5 /5 Jad Dardar: I have been a customer for several years now and have no complaints. The staff is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to cover the wide range of insurance policies they offer.

1 /5 whitney bourgeois: Unreliable and unresponsive. Do not rely on these people to get you what is currently available. We ended up going with a different agent who miraculously was able to find us a policy that Trinity never mentioned. They also failed to do their part in canceling the policy that we said we did not want and still submitted it to our mortgage company….. it’s just pure laziness and lack of knowledge/competency at this place. DO NOT USE THEM.

1 /5 Luke Donovan: 0/5. The most incompetent insurance agents I have ever encountered. Really and truly, every time I speak to these people, I wonder how its possible for anyone to be so stupid. They approved a change in my HO insurer without my consent and against my express and written instruction not to do business on my behalf. Ive never dealt with an agency so blithely unaware of the fact that theyve been fired. I spoke with two separate employees over the phone to tell them that I did not want a particular insurer to assume a previous policy and not to do business on my behalf. Between those phone calls, I bought a separate policy from another agency, but three months later, I received a copy of an HO policy in the mail and learned that the policy Id chosen had been cancelled. I also emailed Michael Trahan to express issues with Trinitys customer service and though he assured me theyd reach out to provide alternative insurers and policies, never received a follow-up. Of course Ive had to fix it all myself, do not trust them. Beware. The lights are on in the building, but absolutely no one is home.

5 /5 Bobby Williams: I am very pleased with Trinity Insurance agency, they have been very supportive for both by business and personal insurance needs. They were very helpful after hurricane Ida in getting Insurance claims filed and getting new policies when the companies were no longer writing insurance in Louisiana. I would like to thank Trinity and Amber for the help they have given me and hope to be associated with the agency for a long time.

1 /5 Kimberlie Davis: I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a joke. I started looking elsewhere middle of December when I found out they AGAIN went up at least $900 on my policy. When I found somewhere else $1400 cheaper (highly recommend Nobels Ins) I immediately went with them. I notified my mortgage company and they let me know they had already sent a check to Trinity but Trinity hadn’t cashed it yet. To prevent that from happening I went through the whole nonrenewal/cancellation process. Multiple people were informed of this and multiple emails (almost every other day) TO NOT CASH IT. THANK GOD my mortgage company put a stop payment on that check because what did Trinity decide to do? PAY OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET TO RENEW MY “POLICY” WITHOUT MY CONSENT. So much for the emails I have saying “my policy” would not be renewed. I’m just wondering how long I would have waited on my refund had that check not been canceled because now that it’s y’all’s money on the line the situation has become pressing. Absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
