1 /5 John: I will be looking for a different insurance provider. This company or individuals in the company could use some instruction or understanding of business ethics . It is improper and wrong to impose a price increase on their customers after selling them a policy no matter what the amount is. There are a few other issues I have with the way the office is run. For example the agent answering the phone while Im making a payment and putting that person ahead of me while she completes a renewal for them.
