Has always had good customer service and been able to be reached regularly. Very timely with her response to emails, inquiries & phone calls. Does a great job empathizing with clients on a deeper level in order to discern what they really want and need. Lastly she is very knowledgeable about all products that she is selling & how much a client may need.
