2 /5 James Sayles: Very displeased and highly disappointed. We preferred to stay local even paying a higher rate to do so. However, after our quote and payment was locked in and made, less than two days later, our rate jumped up $70 monthly with no recourse and faulty explanation on top of what was paid and agreed upon. Additionally, a few months prior our RV monthly rate shot up to almost double what it was. We are sad to have to write this and had brighter expectations. Lastly, a year or so ago a claim was made for our home that was not honored although on our coverage plan.
