Very friendly atmosphere, they all are very knowledgeable , efficient and they take time to help you anytime you need help. I can call them even if I am at work, they respond immediately. I enjoy going to the facility because they make you feel at home. I have been with this company over 20 years and I recommend them to everyone I meet. His daughter has bubbly spirit and always greeting you with a smile. Mrs Debra , I can call her any time of the day ,she has been in game long, long time and she will have be able answer my questions . The lady that sits at main desk, I met her ,she is always friendly with a smile. The Staff is wonderful . Love doing business with them. And people will enjoy doing business with them. He has top notch business.

Justice JoyceTV I had to handle family matters as each account holder is indisposed. Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay. I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive. Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given. I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office. Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error. In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.

Beachuntha Floyd I hate the day I joined this insurance company. I live in the Hammond area. I called in my payments trying to be nice because I know they are shorthanded. However, you can never get in touch with them because they dont answer the phone. The only call you before the next month to close their books out. Im about to find me a new insurance company to join.
