1 /5 Matt McCasland: What a Joke!! I am trying to make an inquiry, a simple question, nothing else, 45 MINUTES so far and counting. Listening to this stupid voice repeatedly saying that if I "in a hurry and still would like to speak with a representative, one will be with me ahortly". BS!
I do not, and certainly would not, do business with ANY business that Wastes an entire HOUR of my day. And counting... theres that stupid voice again... blah blah blah.
I couldnt begin to imagine sitting on the side of a road, being pulled over or involved in an accident and needing immediate help or proof of coverage verification, because I do not know of any cop or agency that is going to accept and or tolerate wasting an hour of their time while you get strung along on hold with this Ridiculous, Subpar, Obviously Third Tier Joke of an Insurance Company.
Not on your life! MOVE ON PEOPLE... THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT AND WORTHLESS!!
I wonder how they handle claims? Certainly are not reeling in customers having this service and expecting anyone that calls to wait OVER ONE HOUR NOW!!
1 HOUR 03 MINUTES 38 SECONDS .... And I am Out! What a complete waste le of time and an hour of my life... probably shortened by an extra hour from enduring having to listen to this awful music and stupid voice!
