The employees are very hospitable they take their time with the customers and they do they best to keep their customers happy and try they hardest to make sure their customers have affordable insurance. Tammy McCalmon I’ve been using GoAuto for a few years. I had an issue with my policy recently and the lady at the Monroe office stayed on the phone and worked with me til we got the issue fixed.
