Justice JoyceTV I had to handle family matters as each account holder is indisposed. Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay. I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive. Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given. I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office. Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error. In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.

Kiya Brooks Had a billing issue and didn’t understand a few things but Alaina made sure to get to the bottom of it for me and explained it very well. I was freaking out and had gotten mix information before speaking with her but she did not stop until my issue was resolved. Debra G I had the privilege of speaking with "Daniel" today. I was calling in to ask a general question about payment for my Mother. This Gentleman took time and not only answered my question, he also noted that I wasnt well informed as to the necessary details that I needed to prepare for. Trevor Richard I had spoken to Hayden about auto insurance almost a year ago. I called him up after not speaking to him again. I called and his reply, “yes sir, we had talked about insurance for you last march. How can I help you out?” I definitely couldn’t tell you when we had spoken. But he remembered and had me taken care of with a policy for the best rate that could be found faster than I could have imagined. Great to work with. Highly recommend.

MVT do not trust this company, they are not trustworthy and all theyre doing is after your money, they will make any claims as hard as possible when it comes time and try their best to not pay out

Suzanne Coutee Saw Stephen’s commercial during local morning news. Was in town to care for my parent who was ill and is a retiree on medicare. Thought it was good to review my parents healthcare coverage during open enrollment. So glad I did. Made an appointment with Stephen and he was patient and thorough when explaining the different options that would best suit my mom. We also discovered My mom was paying for coverage that she could get for free by changing to a different provider. Thank you Stephen so much for your help. I encourage all children of parents that are on Medicare to make an appointment with Stephen to review their current plan and possibly save thousands of dollars in healthcare costs.
