Jay Roc We are always able talk to Scott directly when needed. He helped us tremendously when dealing with our claim after the hurricane. I’ve heard horror stories from other people dealing with hurricane insurance claims, but Allstate took care of us and Scott did a wonderful job. We truly were in good hand and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

April Thomas I was needing to get health insurance but was unsure what plan would be the best for my needs. It was very frustrating for me to say the least because this was the first time I had ever had to do this. I spoke with the Allen Insurance agency and they were able to help me find the perfect plan for me. They patiently explained everything to where I could understand. The people who work there literally went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of, these people actually truly do care. I have multiple family members who they have helped now as well. If you are looking for insurance i’m not just talking health insurance I’m talking (ALL) types of insurance give John Allen and his associates a call believe me you will be so glad you did! You can thank me later.

Lynn H This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with an insurance agency. From the person who answered the phone to the person I got transferred to. They made small talk with me about my day and my upcoming vacation while they were waiting for their system to upload my request. Told me I would have the information the next day and I did NOT have to follow up with them. Just as promised, it was sent to me in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them to complete my request. Great great GREAT job! I will absolutely recommend this insurance company to anyone looking. Keep up the phenomenal job!
