Warren Jackson My name is Warren jackson i filed a claim with this company sep 15 2021 it is now November 24 2021 my home is very damage i been trying almost every week to contact someone at that company to see what going on with my claim on my home when i do get the claim rep on the phone he tell they have everything and he doesnt need anything more from me but he said that the claim is over due and it should have been paid off by now still i dont have check from them for repair it looks like am going to need a lawyer this is my next step

I spoke to at least four other agencies including one I had been insured with for 40 years. Not a single one of them took the time and engaged the professional effort to satisfy my insurance needs.
