K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.

Sambeaux Fulkerson Met with Mike Thib yesterday. Brought my wife and 3 of my kiddos. The entire office was very polite and allowed my kiddos to watch cartoons, run and play, and even gave them books to take home. I left there with more knowledge about life insurance in one hour than I’ve gained in 37 years. Myself, my 5 children are now insured. Why didn’t i do this 20 years ago? I’m grateful for the experience my wife and i had with Mike. Even if you’re not ready to purchase life insurance you at least owe it to yourself to go get educated on what it truly is.

My customer service representative Justin Basinger, was respectful, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. In my honest opinion Justin Basinger is a great ambassador for his agency. He should be given a promotion that comes with a raise, and placed in a leadership role as soon as possible.

Alexis I haven’t actually used their services yet, but I just called and spoke to a woman who was so incredibly helpful and nice that I will be bringing my business here. I had several questions and she answered them so kindly and was so willing to help. I called another place and they wouldn’t even take my calls. Would highly recommend Angels! Updating to say I did end up using their title services and notary! The man at the front desk was very helpful and efficient.
