My customer service representative Justin Basinger, was respectful, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. In my honest opinion Justin Basinger is a great ambassador for his agency. He should be given a promotion that comes with a raise, and placed in a leadership role as soon as possible.

Erica Martin I had rental insurance with Ross when Hurricane Laura hit. He and Shelter both took such good care of me, I moved my auto insurance to him from the company I had been with for as long as I’d been driving. He made sure I had a great package. I just recently went through my first comprehensive claim and as far as insurance goes, it was exceptional service. By far the best I’ve ever had.
