Jamie Jones Misty is amazing!! She is Johnny on the spot. You need something she gets it. I’ve had several policy’s through different places and will be moving everything to Bonano. Out of 4 places she is the only one that calls before a policy is due to make sure we remember. Just a great place for regular or commercial insurance.

Andrew Lyon I am currently in the the process of moving into a off campus apartment at LSU. I worked with Anthony Torregrossa to acquire renters insurance. Anthony was a huge help throughout the whole processes was quick to respond when I needed assistance and even reached out to my landlord regarding any questions that I was not able to clarify. Mario London If you or someone you know is currently looking to insure your home, automobile, or both, I highly recommend you pay this agency a visit. My customer service representative Justin Basinger, was respectful, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. In my honest opinion Justin Basinger is a great ambassador for his agency. He should be given a promotion that comes with a raise, and placed in a leadership role as soon as possible.

Once I was able to speak with agent Ms. Thigpen informed there was a family emergency and agency closed for a few days. Ms. Thigpen, thanks for replying back to complete updating insurance info! Customer service is very important and Thigpen Agency deserves 5 stars!!
