1 /5 Micah Shelton: If you are a business owner and need an agent to look out for your needs, this is not the place. They are happy to collect large premiums but will not provide anything resembling customer service. They will not return phone calls and do not spend any time to get to know their policy holders nor their needs. We have workers comp and liability with this company, for now. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I consider MBH to be “best in class” as a property and casualty insurance and risk management provider. The firm works very hard to deliver exceptional outcomes to their clients. Five stars well deserved for this company!
