1 /5 Jayson Creech: I bought a home and was recommended by my mortgage processor to use this insurance and was advised by him that he had the best rates to use which proved to be true at the time of closing. We bought our home and awaited the home inspection to finalize the insurance in the early month of June of this year. I’m a K-9 handler and have a fenced in yard for my K-9 around my home, this company sent out the inspector without notice and while I was inside resting because of being on night shift the inspector decided to leave without attempting to make contact. We were notified after the inspector left that he was unable to inspect the home because of my police K-9 which was understandable and was advised that he would return at a later date and would call us 4 days prior to his arrival so that there wouldn’t be an issue, which was completely fine. So after we months later we became apprehensive whether the inspector was going to get in touch with us so we began to attempt and contact the insurance company to see when the house would be inspected so we would be home. In the first week of September we received a letter in the mail that our home insurance was going to be cancelled on September 22nd due to no inspection. I contacted Robert Moreland multiple times on the phone and over text message following the calls and was ignored. On September 20th (two days prior to cancellation) I had another insurance quote with State Farm ready due to Robert avoiding us. Im currently filing a complaint with the state of Louisiana in regards to this due to Robert putting my families livelihood at risk. Just be advised before you choose cheap business.
