Fred Duplechin I switched my homeowner insurance to David Ohlmeyer because 1. he had hurricane coverage and 2. he was a great advocate for my daughter who lost her home in Hurricane Ida. Negotiating with adjusters and contractors is confusing and difficult. David stepped up and helped with the whole process of recovery for my daughter. Two and a half years later, I am still a great advocate for this agency! They send updates, advisories and helpful hints. If I have a question, David or "the Amys" give prompt and helpful research and answers.

BRENDAN PIAZZA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Acadian Insurance. When I needed new coverage, they took the time to walk me through all my options and explained everything in plain language. They found me a great policy that saved me money without sacrificing coverage. When I had a question later on, their response was fast and friendly. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like family, but Acadian Insurance really does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Justice JoyceTV I had to handle family matters as each account holder is indisposed. Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay. I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive. Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given. I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office. Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error. In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.

Andrew Lyon I am currently in the the process of moving into a off campus apartment at LSU. I worked with Anthony Torregrossa to acquire renters insurance. Anthony was a huge help throughout the whole processes was quick to respond when I needed assistance and even reached out to my landlord regarding any questions that I was not able to clarify. Anthony was also very personable and felt the experience was more of a friend helping a friend and felt a initial trust through the whole process. When I mentioned I would be obtaining a car he was quick to let me know all of my options and was laying out the details right away leaving no questions on my end because of how well Anthony laid everything out. I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking to get any sort of insurance in the near future. Anthony is the man to get it done.
