Vicki Risco State Farm has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of the claim I filed for hit and run. Understandably my Jeep was deemed a total loss due to the age and the repair cost. They made a most unpleasant experience easier and walked me through each step of the process and explained to me in a manner I could understand. Carlene was amazing so was Alicia (my total lost agent). Ive been with several insurance companies in the past 46 years, but State Farm is by far the best! I dont think having to deal with insurance issues is a pleasant task for anyone, but the care, concern, and their knowledge made it better. They made me feel like I mattered and they had my best interest in mind. Thank you all!
