BT Jones I will tell it like it is. 1. The owner is polite and cordial. 2. Meghan at the front and Jess, works remotely and the rest of the staff shows excellent professionalism, polite and very detailed and patient. They really go above and beyond to help you. 3. I have but just 1 complaint. It is directed at the recent change in operations at HQ and IT. That is, you should be able to click pause or unpause for a month, or however much time you need. This is not directed at the agent or his staff. 4. I like the fact the agent and staff also tell it like it is. There are no hidden rules or fees. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm as a very clear, affordable auto insurance company

Regina Evans Laura Horton’s State Farm office is excellent. They truly do go the extra mile and treat their customers like neighbors (not policy numbers). They worked to get me the right coverage and were just as helpful when I had a claim. They answer the phone quickly and are knowledgeable and responsive. They reach out to insure my insurance coverage stays current with my needs. The personal service they provide is rare in our computerized society.

Brandi Alyse Great employees. They really helped alot when I wanted to change my flood insurance company. They handled everything from quotes to contactong my mortgahe company & getting it all taken care of. Quality Insurance gave me a way better deal & saw discount options that my prior company had missed. Check em out if you ate thinking about saving money.
