1 /5 Terry Stringer: Dont use them in Jena La. My prices jump up and down without being told. I know how insurance companys are. I think I have been done very wronged.they owe me money and wont pay me. I cancelled them.and got another company. I wont go in their office to sign a cancellation paper .this is my notice that I dont have insurance with them anymore and I have insurance with another company, before I canced them.

1 /5 Tina: Rates became unaffordable out the blue. Try to ask questions about my rates. Its like talking to a brick wall. I finally got fed up and left the company after several years.

1 /5 Christina Jackson: This particular Farm Bureau, Forsyth St in Monroe, La., Agent is Paul, is not good. After shopping for insurance, I was advised if I take their insurance, on the 11th day of the month, it had to be set up on ACH and would be this date. After asking if I could change my date to rhe 20th so it wouldnt be late or just make my payments manually, as this was not my pay period date, I was advised no to both. So I received a cancellation notice each month. Go figure!! Furthermore, on my 6 month policy renewal date, how about my insurance went from $180, including renters insurance, to $290.00 in one month. How about no one informed me if anything. When I called to ask, I was advised everybody policy increased. When I asked if I could cancel my policy and search for insurance (on the 20th, as this was the day I have been making my payments) they explained my insurance was canceled on the 11th for no payment and reported me to the DMV. It was expressed they dont have to give a grace period. I am now with progressive and my payments with discounts included was $110.00. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENT!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU!! After calling the 1-800 number I was advised my fue date could be changed if I requested and ai did not have to be set up on ACH.. PLEASE RUN!!

1 /5 Matt Scott: Bob cooper of west Monroe farm bureau is the worst insurance agent I have ever experienced in my life. Does not return phone calls or communicate with customers no matter how many messages you leave or how many texts you send. Also can you get them on the phone when you need to talk with them about your policy or have a question or issue. There rates were cheap in the beginning but they went up on us without us having any tickets or wrecks. I would recommend you look elsewhere and not deal with this particular branch in west Monroe. Worst experience ever
