Michelle is such a sweet person.I was very impressed with her dedication. She went above and beyond to address my need and concerns. Whenever we hung up from talking i felt truly valued and respected. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about the change in my insurance. I was also impressed by Michelles friendly and approachable attitude, which made the entire experience talking with her enjoyable. Her dedication with making sure i was treated respectfully has definitely strengthened my trust in Tag Rome Insurance company

BT Jones I will tell it like it is. 1. The owner is polite and cordial. 2. Meghan at the front and Jess, works remotely and the rest of the staff shows excellent professionalism, polite and very detailed and patient. They really go above and beyond to help you. 3. I have but just 1 complaint. It is directed at the recent change in operations at HQ and IT. That is, you should be able to click pause or unpause for a month, or however much time you need. This is not directed at the agent or his staff. 4. I like the fact the agent and staff also tell it like it is. There are no hidden rules or fees. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm as a very clear, affordable auto insurance company

Out of 4 places she is the only one that calls before a policy is due to make sure we remember. Just a great place for regular or commercial insurance.

K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.
