1 /5 Angela Hays Williams: Worst insurance ever!!!! They over charged me the whole time I had them. They had me paying $338.00 a month for full coverage insurance on a 10 yr old car. I was able to get the exact same insurance for $160 a month. Yes that is saving over half what progressive paid. I canceled progressive the same day my insurance was renewing , the payment hadnt even processed yet and they only want to give me $284 back. Which I still have not received and its been over a week ago. You need to understand they have you paying for car theft in big cities and non insured people. Absolute worst insurance ever that is ridiculously expensive. DO MOT USE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE!!!

1 /5 Stacey Mannchen: They deserve zero stars. Disgusting company. One of their customers hit us from behind causing a multi vehicle accident and they are refusing to give us a rental. Ive never been treated in such a manner. Do not do business here. They are low class and crooked.

1 /5 Cathey: I was rear-ended by a car carrying Progressive Insurance. I have never been treated like this. Its been a week, I am still in possession of my vehicle, which I believe is totaled and no rental. I keep getting text messages to take pictures of my truck. I did, once. I wont do it again. They are working hard at doing nothing. Rolls are about to change. I believe they are trying to take advantage of me. Wants me to sign a blank document. Right...this claim is about to go South for them

1 /5 Ginnie Williams: I am a platinum member. My renewal rate went up three hundred dollars. And I was told that I can not have the policy rewritten if I did my two cars would not be covered. No accidents, no tickets, and you will drop us, the only way to stay is to pay over 500 a month. Class action lawsuit in the making.
