But from the very first call to Hannah we knew we had an insurance company that would treat us like real people and not just a policy number. And that wonderful service has continued to this day. In an automated culture where customer service is only an ad gimmick, it is sooo refreshing to talk to a person who genuinely wants to help us. I’m the end the quote was just a couple dollars more than the cheapest but I really liked the idea that if I should need anything, she would personally be there to help. The experience was much more personal than the other 9 quotes I researched and was thousands of dollars less (for a better coverage) than most. She is good at her job, not just as a salesperson but as a consultant and representative of the company.

I originally got a quote from state farm that was a fairly high premium with 3300/6600$ deductible. For one, if Im paying that much money the last thing I need is to have to fork out that much money when a disaster happens. Hannah found me my best option saving me over 200$ a year with a 1000$ deductible for the same coverage if not better.
