5 /5 Nancy Williamson: Ive been using GoAuto for over 7 years. Easy to get insurance, good customer service in person, and by phone. I like the ease of getting a customer service rep on the phone. I get emails for payments and when its time to renew in advance. I have the app on my phone to easily access my insurance cards and papers. It was easy to add my son on when he first started driving and needed permission for Drivers Ed. Go-Auto makes it easy to add and remove drivers, even when going on trips and an extra driver is needed.

1 /5 Michael Wright: I’ve had insurance with this company for the better part of a decade. I have never been in a wreck while covered by this company. I called last week to ask questions about filing a claim due to damage done to my truck on my property. This company filed an At-fault claim without my knowledge, pushed it through which has shot my premium up and I was not notified until I tried to renew my policy for the next six months. I have called the claims adjuster assigned to my case who could not answer my questions ended the call with “I need to speak to my supervisor”. I still haven’t heard back from this company and have to the end of the month to find a new company to insure my vehicles. This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy and uniformly unorganized.

1 /5 Guinn Kennedy: Didnt send me any paperwork when I signed up had to call for paperwork and insurance cards only got a piece of paper with my information on it and their prices are high
