1 /5 Va M: I decided to give this review after months of going back and forth with this branch to resolve one simple issue. Anna is the "only" licensed agent there and never speaks to the customer or return any of their calls. Instead, you have to call back and she relays her msgs to the nice young man (Tyler) that answers the phone or Reda who comes off as nice, but if Anna is rude then she will be rude to you as well. I had to advise them of my conversation with Corporate that they sent them a message with instructions of how to resolve the issue and yet they still refused to do so. When Corporate called them, they lied and said that they had done so, which was inconsistent with what they document in the company system...not knowing that Corporate read their documentation in their system. Corporate had to step in and do the "one simple" thing that Anna was supposed to do to resolve the issue. Throughout this ordeal, I remained professional as I am used to dealing with businesses, employees, and the general public. Its a shame that there is no other agent in that town and no option to transfer.
