1 /5 Siam Michael: Trying to get my daughters permit. I remarried and my last name is different from my childs (shes 17) lady in the back, heavier set with glasses tells me I need to go and get custody papers for my daughter, to even get her a permit OR submit all this paper work for approval. Do NOT waste your time here if your last name is different from your childs. They will NOT honor it. And go to a real DMV. also, she couldnt even answer my question. Not every household is where there is custody issues. Not everybody goes through the court for any type of custody. What happens if the other parent passed away? The lady was RUDE!!!!!

I am no expert when it comes to titles and registration but Ivonne absolutely is. No matter the issue she knows the solution and is happy to help me, also she is very patient and kind. 10/10 would recommend.
