3 /5 Jahidul Alam: They send you an email/ postal mail and give you a code to buy insurance online. And they just show a very low rate when you give your information online. And then it gets up without any reason when you try to finalize the quote. It happend many times with me. Just waste of time runing after them.

1 /5 Crystal Duplechain: Do not waste your time with this insurance. Two times in one year my car Insurance has went up being with Geico. I do not want your Apologies nor your Excuses for why it went up. I am a good driver, I have nothing on my record ,yet my Insurance keeps going up. Its time to change. This company lies. Do not trust them. When u call to ask why? They tell you everyone in your area went up. Umm humm. Funny cause I know others who have the same type of insurance and theres did not go up. There customer serivce skills needs to be looked at, there Employees need an Attitude adjustment.

1 /5 C. Lemoine: Apartment workers...if you were told that you were going to receive a referral $ card for sending new move ins to this company...dont count on it. I have 11 people that I have sent since July 2023 and never received anything. I have called many times but keep getting passed to people who claim to know nothing about this. They keep telling me to call a person that has quit this company months ago, lol. I stopped sending people to this company. Dont waste you time. Send them to insurance companies that keep their word...just my opinion!

1 /5 Aurelius c: I don’t who I need to talk to but the agents Bradley burrow and the claim adjuster his name I don’t know I was not please which there services and would like to talk to someone higher up. I had body work for a car accident I went to a GEICO recommended body shop collision works of Lafayette. They supposedly fix my car the front to me was fix very bad the bumper seem as if it was used and I notice the fog lights at the bottom were haze mine never were hazed and neither are my headlights. This whole experience had been a nightmare. The body shop busted my cowl and say supposedly the plastic was dry rotted but it wasn’t only the rubber weather stripping show dry rot and not the actual plastic. I had to buy a brand new cowl out of pocket and replace it I try to contact both agents and can never get in contact with them and need to speak to someone higher up.
