1 /5 Dewun: I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of Travis Arnolie, the adjuster assigned to the claim number 25583316495 concerning the incident on April 14, 2025. Travis Arnolie has engaged in misconduct during the claim handling process, causing undue frustration and difficulty in receiving a fair resolution. Travis Arnolie has repeatedly delayed processing the claim and responding to inquiries. Travis Arnolie has failed to adequately investigate the claim, which is required by law. My claim was dismissed without a investigation. The first time Travis reached out to me was 55 days after the claim was made, just to deny the claim. Travis Arnolie has failed to comply with the Claim Adjusters Code Of Ethics.
