1 /5 Dewun: I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of Travis Arnolie, the adjuster assigned to the claim number 25583316495 concerning the incident on April 14, 2025. Travis Arnolie has engaged in misconduct during the claim handling process, causing undue frustration and difficulty in receiving a fair resolution. Travis Arnolie has repeatedly delayed processing the claim and responding to inquiries. Travis Arnolie has failed to adequately investigate the claim, which is required by law. My claim was dismissed without a investigation. The first time Travis reached out to me was 55 days after the claim was made, just to deny the claim. Travis Arnolie has failed to comply with the Claim Adjusters Code Of Ethics.

3 /5 Kurtis Turman: Update: I previously posted a pretty bad review on Progressive stemming from an issue I had with them IRT replacing my windshield & sunroof. They both had to be replaced because of a small crack that started inside of the window. Long story short they originally refused to purchase the glass for the sunroof because they said they could get it from Safelite for 700 bucks cheaper than Tesla which would have left me eating that part of the bill. They did make this right by paying for the glass and also by returning 500 of my deductible. I was actually satisfied with their resolution but now the things I weren’t satisfied with: They put this on my car report as an accident which is going to ruin the value of my car and mess me up with shopping around for other insurance. It wasn’t an accident, in fact, it was a replacement of a windshield that had replaced about a year prior from guys who: Safelite. Second thing is just the inconvenience. The way they operate I ended up being without a car for a day because they didn’t pay their part I missed out on being able to pick up the vehicle in a timely manner. Then I was talking to a guy that couldn’t make a decision to take care of me even though he knew that what was going through wasn’t right. BLUF: I will be looking for another insurance provider. I’m a firm believer that conducting square business is the most important part of our economy. If you provide a service you should not try and weasel your way out of it and I felt that Progressive in this instance was trying everything they could to not uphold their end of the agreement and this is no different to me than predatory lenders.

1 /5 Yari Peña: I had a terrible experience with this insurance company. The assigned adjuster refused to acknowledge valid parts of my claim, including loss of use and diminished value, without providing any clear explanation or justification. When I attempted to escalate the matter, I was told that the supervisor, RICHARD WALCOTT, would not speak with me, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to review or discuss the issues shows a complete disregard for policyholders and their responsibilities under Louisiana law. I have since issued a formal bad faith letter and reported them to the Louisiana Department of Insurance. If youre looking for an insurance company that respects its customers and processes claims fairly, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

1 /5 j brown: DO NOT USE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR COVERED ITEMS ON CLAIMS. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR NEW INSURANCE AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER 20 PLUS YEARS WITHOUT A CLAIM EVER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS INSURED THROUGH THEM.

1 /5 Kurtis Turman: I submitted a claim for my Tesla’s broken windshield and sunroof on 15 April. I was told I had to go through their Safelite affiliate program (basically deal with Safelite). When I cal Safelite they say that it’s out of their hands because they don’t deal with sunroofs and send me back to Progressive to further my claim. I submit the claim and advise them of the day I would take it to Tesla and I was told that someone would meet me out at the shop to verify the damage. Appointment day I show up and no one comes from Progressive. I still drop my car off and call Progressive to ask what happened. My rep makes a call to Tesla and tells them to hold on to the glass so they can verify Tesla does so. Tesla takes forever (that’s another complaint) but nonetheless three days after and no one Progressive has shown up to verify damage. They finally show up and then refuses to pay the full bill minus my deduction because they say they could have gotten the glass the sunroof from Safelite. I explain to them that I initially go through Safelite who turns me away because of the sunroof and that no one showed to look at the glass from Progressive and I’m told that they reserve the right to choose the most cost effective means. Well my issue is I done everything they way they wanted me to and then in the end they still weasel their way out of taken care of customers. I’m deeply disappointed with this service and as a retired military member I’m going to make sure I let everybody in our community know to stay away from this company. I knew in my heart already who I should have used for insurance (USAA) but I guess I had to find out the hard way. My policy expires in June and needless to say I will not be renewing. I’ve got a meeting scheduled to meet up with the commander of the VFW district to make sure that no other veterans are treated like this especially by a company that claims to support.
