Richard Hebert It has been my experience that you DO NOT always get what you pay for, but you ALWAYS PAY for what you get! With that in mind, Allstates premiums may not be the lowest, but their service has ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST! When Ive needed them, BOTH ALLSTATE and the LENOX AGENCY have always been there for me. Jeff and his staff has consistently given me TOP NOTCH service -- courteously, efficiently, and professionally. When Ive needed to file a claim (and I HAVE DONE SO SEVERAL TIMES) I have always been happy with the claim settlement. When my vehicle was not drivable, Allstate came to me, or arranged for my vehicle to be towed to them. The settlement was always fair, and FAST! The same goes for my house insurance. Claims there did involve depreciation (its a mobile home), but were sufficient to help me repair the damages to my satisfaction. No one is perfect, but Allstates service has been CONSISTENTLY GREAT!

Poirier Michael (directorfsm) When Travelers Ins. Co. decided to jack up my rates for my ex-wifes claims, I went shopping for a new carrier. I was surprised to learn that MS no longer had a GEICO office, but not an issue I was referred to the closest office in Mandeville, LA and Brooke took excellent care of my insurance needs. I got better coverage, at a better price, a win-win.

Hunter Campbell The Most Hassle-Free Insurance Experience Ever. I’ve been with a few different insurance companies in the past, but none have been as hassle-free as them. Signing up was incredibly easy, and the agent was so friendly and patient. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood every detail of my policy before I signed. When I needed to make a minor change to my coverage, it was done quickly with no issues. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really sets them apart.

Saiyan Spirit Worst insurance company ever, I would never recommend this insurance company to no one, especially the one in Crowley Louisiana. All they do is lie they can never give you a straight answer with anything, they don’t tell you the reason why your insurance go up. They try to to feed you some crap of if you get life insurance it will drop it, yea let me tell you 12 dollars decrease is a lot, the amount you pay for life insurance sums up to the amount that you will save.You then try to cancel your insurance with them,they give you so much crap it’s not even funny. You can’t cancel your life insurance policy without the manager being there, mind you he always there, according to the associates working but never returns your calls. Great management work there, taking care of your customers. Guys please do not go with this insurance company they are a Scam and they don’t care as long as you are giving your money to them.
