1 /5 Jen Alu vdo: I would give this company negative stars, I have messages from my adjuster, she has no idea were my car is located, I have literally done her job , while I have been at work, the accident happened last month and the police report is very clear that its not my fault, my adjuster told me , she thought I was going through the other company... She also stated that I was not allowed to have a supervisors contact info, This COMPANY IS A BAD FAITH INSURANCE COMPANY, IT WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ITS OWN CUSTOMERS.. Its sad that I have to even leave this review for my own insurance company... NEGATIVE STARS

1 /5 C More Creations: She refused to let my service dog come into the after I left I called the nearest office which is in denham springs and ask to speak to a they said that thats not one of their policies that they do allow service dogs to come in as long as their license.
