I was also impressed by Michelles friendly and approachable attitude, which made the entire experience talking with her enjoyable. Froelker Jeffrey Matt Stevens from this office never returned an email on a claim we had with his client. I had to reach out to the Travelers Insurance corporate office directly. If youre looking for insurance that is going to protect you, this company isnt the one.
