I read the policy and was in full understanding of what was and "wasnt" permitted and what documents would be needed to process a claim. (I also have a great agent that answers ALL of my questions.) Ive filed numerous claims and they were all reviewed and paid out within 10....yes, 10 days! I do not have any regrets and will continue my policy.
