1 /5 Wayne Hantz: The month of May my payment with auto draft didnt go through so they call me a few days later an said the payment didnt go through an they charging me a 30 fee for NSF I said ok made the payment again with the NSF charge an they said the payment went through then a couple days later they called me back an said the payment didnt go through an that I had to pay cash. I told them I would be in the next day to make payment but Im limited on unemployment due to pandemic. Now I have been late a fee times but I always pay them. So Im being fair I forget sometimes an I dont always pay on time. But they called me today an I told them I can make my payment this Tuesdays when I get my unemployment check. They told me they cant hold it an that they was canceling my policy. If they cancel my policy they cancel my loan that I took against my mobile home. So I would say that them cancelling my policy in the middle of pandemic when i told them i dont get another unemployment check till tuesday is very unprofessional. They are very rude people I would highly recommend use another insurance company. The only reason I stayed with them is because they are the only company that I could find for mobile home insurance with. Over $88.00 till tuesday they will cancel your policy in a PANDEMIC Im so glad they not overseeing everyone light bills bc alot of people wouldnt have lights if these people were in charge.

1 /5 Samantha McConnell: Very snooty the lady gave me three different ways to get insurance one was expensive the next was very expensive and the third way I got less than what Im getting now for real expensive! Once she gave me the paper I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time because I hated for her to waste her time!
