Aerospace guy I have never bought insurance from Mr. Landry, but back in 1989 this terrific man officiated my wedding on the Riverboat Natchez and he was wonderful. He is a very, very nice man and I found him to be very trustworthy and honest. I didn’t realize he was still in business but I wanted to give him a shout out because we loved him - and I will go see him for insurance if I need any in the future. BT Jones I will tell it like it is. 1. The owner is polite and cordial. 2. Meghan at the front and Jess, works remotely and the rest of the staff shows excellent professionalism, polite and very detailed and patient. They really go above and beyond to help you. 3. I have but just 1 complaint. It is directed at the recent change in operations at HQ and IT. That is, you should be able to click pause or unpause for a month, or however much time you need. This is not directed at the agent or his staff. 4. I like the fact the agent and staff also tell it like it is. There are no hidden rules or fees. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm as a very clear, affordable auto insurance company
