2 /5 Monica Thedford: I asked the representative to mail our Id cards and she stated she didn’t have any stamps….If this is a place of business make sure your customers are pleased because I called her several times.

2 /5 Jess: Love this place and it’s prices for my insurance. However, the website is faulty. I’ve tried several times to recover my account log in info to make a payment before my policy was cancelled, but the website doesn’t work. So now I have to pay them $430 next month just to get my policy renewed because their website doesn’t work. Being a young adult without any financial help or family with two jobs still doesn’t cover this cost for me because I have other bills to pay. So I just can’t have insurance for a full month until I can afford this $430 renewal.

1 /5 Autumn Blue: I had liability when my suburban was stolen. Police report filed. But while this person was out joy riding they had a wreck with another vehicle. Even though go auto had verification of my police report and spoke with me over the phone they put this guy on my policy and my insurance went from $114 a month to $255. They refused to help me unless I brought this guys mail to them as proof he did not live with me Also I paid my insurance for Jan. Then in Feb I renewed my policy... have confirmation email and everything. A week or so later my Jan payment was returned.... instead of calling me or sending me email to inform me so I could handle that payment they took my Feb renewal payment and put that towards Jan then told me i never renewed my policy. Not only did they screw me out my insurance but after that is when my bill went up to 255$. So it has messed me up at DMV for not returning my tags and it messed me up when I went to my new insurance provider cause they said it had been longer than 31 days since I had coverage. I called them over and over and over and not one single person would help me and I spoke with 2 of 3 managers and even called down in bar on rouge to maybe the main office and they hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and did not care about me, the situation, or me staying in business with them like I had been for 2 or 3 years. I do not recommend to anyone, prices may be low but they are scamming people out their hard earned money.... or at least trying to.

1 /5 Coburn Burroughs: Truly cut rate insurance and even worse customer service. I walked in around 5:00 on 5/19/23 to get a quote. Both employees seemed annoyed that I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. I had just gotten off of work, and this was the only time I was able to make it into the office. I asked for basic coverages, nothing crazy. No accident history. My wife and I both have doctorate degrees. Excellent payment history. I was quoted $3,706/6 months. I quite literally laughed in the ladys face and walked out. If youre reading this, do what I did: I drove 4 minutes down the street to Geico and obtained insurance for 1/3 of the price within 30 minutes of walking out of the door at Go Auto.
