1 /5 Andrew d Oliva: Called 3 times, one call was 35 minutes, one was 18, my last was 16 minutes of nothing but some stupid annoying music playing and no one picking up the phone, absolutely crazy, so tired of hearing “use our app” when the app screwed up my stuff the first time and ruined my family’s perfect track record, beyond tired of this insurance company who can’t even bother to pick up the phone
