Amberly From Took my ring with 2 small gems on the inside of the band in to get a resize and Desi was super honest that he may not be able to save the gems (they weren’t set properly), I told him to just do what he can and I would be okay if the gems couldn’t be saved. He ended up resizing AND saving the gems! Can’t even tell it was resized and he cleaned and polished it beautifully. Price was great, done in an hour and I appreciated the transparency and the customer service from him and his son Brandon was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

I first want to let anyone reading this know that my experience is based upon being the friend, driver, and support fir someone who is blind. He wanted to shop for rings within a specific budget for his girlfriend. In most occasions when I travel with him, his questions get answered towards me, and I receive almost all eye contact. This leaves him feeling neglected and left out of the majority of social interactions, including several medical appointments. However, Alexis at Smith Jewelers of Leesville Louisiana gave my friend her undivided attention and only interacted with me when my input was requested. All of the sales staff were extremely friendly, and took the time to consider what the individual who would be wearing the jewelry does throughout their day before selecting options to consider. They all wanted to ensure that the customer was going to be satisfied with the price of their purchase, as well as the durability of the piece in the most likely of circumstances. I cannot recommend Smith Jewelers of Leesville enough to anyone in the central Louisiana area when considering your next jewelry purchase. You wont be disappointed.
