1 /5 Patricia Bradshaw: RIPOFF. I blame myself for not being skeptical of a shop in the French Quarter. They were having a “sale” of 20% off, on top of the fact that they are not a retail store but a secondhand market. My husband bought me a Tiffany bracelet, which I looked up after the fact and discovered that even with the supposed “sale” and the fact that it’s secondhand, we paid $50 over retail from Tiffany. Scam. I still like the bracelet but feel ripped off. Beware.

4 /5 Samantha Garrison: Mostly just disappointed that they decided to sell off all the really pretty barware that they had prior to 1960. They said it wasn’t selling. Didn’t care for the stuff they had now but if you love the 70’s they did have some selection. They did have lovely hats and unique antiques. Ladies working were friendly.

5 /5 Mahala Kincaid: Beautiful store with a helpful, knowledgeable shopkeeper. Theres everything from Chanel and historical jewelry to purses and barware. Theres even silicone Gucci ice cube trays. Every bit of it is vintage and the price reflects that. I wish I could remember the ladys name, but she was perfection. Answering every question we had while juggling multiple customers and maintaining COVID requirements. Definitely a must-see if youre in the French Quarter.

However, I became suspicious when, just a day later, I noticed they listed an identical item for sale. Upon inquiry, they explained that they had multiple autographs from the actors and simply recreated the same framing. Concerned, I had the autographs inspected by several reputable professionals, who unanimously confirmed they were fake. Its disheartening to discover that Vintage 329s dubious practices arent limited to autographs; other reviews reveal they also sell counterfeit jewelry. This experience leads me to conclude that Vintage 329 is engaging in fraudulent activities. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from them, especially items claimed to be authentic or valuable, to conduct a thorough investigation beforehand.
