1 /5 Pamela Johnson: This jewelry store is AWEFUL! The owner/sales person is only friendly just enough to sell you some fake jewelry. But if you have to go back in the store concerning the jewelry you purchased, he is totally unconcerned and disinterested in practicing good, honest, and fair business. He should at least try to repair or replace the item especially if it has been less than 30 days. My husband spent $330.00 dollars on a herringbone necklace for my birthday and it unraveled at the clasp within 2 weeks. We took it back to see if they would at least try to repair it, but the owner/sales person stood there staring at us from the doorway of his back room for some time before he decided to acknowledge us standing there (rude). Long story short, he did nothing and you are not told there is no refund until after you have been SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! We took the necklace to Kay’s Jewelers to have it repaired and was told that they could not repair it because it was not real. These people need to be stopped!!!

5 /5 A A: Purchased many jewelers from this story over the years and they always seem to have the best deals in Alexandria. Not sure about the others but I was happy with all my jewelry and went back this past holidays.

1 /5 camryn poole: $260 dropped down to $120 dropped down to $80 for a fake ring!!!! SCAMMED. Theyll lie to your face saying its a lab diamond and sterling silver. They dont tell you theres no refunds until after you buy it, he said theres a no refund sign , he pointed down at the table and in tiny letters it said no refunds. Cant believe it. Im heartbroken to know that my boyfriend tried to buy me a promise and got scammed instead. We drove 2 hours home thinking it was real and had to drive 2 hours back when we realized the flaws on the ring. Got there and no refunds. So he went to Gordons and had it tested and they said It was worth $5. He ended up buying another ring. Never again I hope something happens to their small family business of scamming people why does Alexandria Mall even allow this!! They wont let people under 18 go into the store after 5 without guardians or parents but will allow this!!????!!! +do you really think its smart when you get left outside by yourself in a truck in a parking lot where someone or anyone could mug you at gun point while your boyfriend goes inside trying to get his money back for a worthless piece of junk that he paid $80?????

1 /5 Teeney Broussard: I havent been to this store. I did find it through Google search, it would be nice if they added photos and info on what exactly they have in the store. I would most definitely want to shop in store if I could see merchandise on hand in the store.

1 /5 Rebecca Samaroo: Horrible service. They kept trying to give discounts because all their jewelry is fake. My wife bought a supposedly gold band for 260 and after a month is was all scratched and battered. Took it back to them and they tried to tell us it’s real and we have to pay $20 to polish. Horrible store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVERYTHING IS FAKE!
